Základní podmínka osvědčených a konkurenceschopných alternativ proti rozmáhajícímu se individuálnímu motorismu je systémová integrace regionální veřejné hromadné dopravy. Vlastní integrace pak musí být postavena nejen na přednostech jednotlivých subsystémů veřejné hromadné dopravy, ale i na integraci s individuální dopravou. Tato práce v úvodní části analyzuje v době zpracování práce aktuální situaci a postavení regionální osobní dopravy ve vybraných evropských zemích a v ČR. Součástí této analýzy je i identifikace nedostatků a vzorových řešení. V návrhové části tato práce definuje a řeší identifikované nedostatky, dále se pak zabývá základními faktory ovlivňujícími postavení regionální železniční osobní dopravy a to se zohledněním navrhovaných řešení nejen z pohledu regionální železniční osobní dopravy, ale v kontextu celého regionálního veřejného dopravního systému reprezentovaného v jednotlivých regionech v ČR zpravidla jako Integrované dopravní systémy. |

Fundamental condition of all tried and competitive options against expanding particular motoring is a system integration of the regional public mass transport. Integration itself must be then built not only on priorities of single public mass transport subsystems, but also on the integration with the individual transport. This work in exordium analyses at the time of its compliation the current situation and position of the regional passenger transport in selected European countries and in Czech Republic.The identification of deficiencies and exemplary solutions is also a part of this analysis. In the draft part, this work defines and solves the identified inadequacies, then it deals with basic factors influencing the position of regional railway passenger transport namely with reference to suggested solutions not only from the view of regional railway passenger transport, but in the context of the whole regional public traffic system represented in particular regions in Czech Republic in principle as Integrated systems of transport. |
