V první kapitole bakalářská práce pojednává o outsourcingu, offshoringu a informačních a komunikačních technologií. Krátce se zaměřuje na historii a související globalizaci. Dále se zabývá důvody využívání outsourcingu z pohledu podnikatelské sféry a důsledky či podmínkami outsourcingu z makroekonomického hlediska. V závěru druhé kapitoly jsou uvedeny výhody a nevýhody outsourcingu a offshoringu jak z hlediska podniku tak ze strany národního hospodářství. Na konci práce jsou uvedeny vlivy outsourcingu a offshoringu na ekonomiky USA, Číny, Indie a EU. |

In the first chapter bachelor work deals with outsourcing, offshoring and information and communication technologies. Briefly focuses on the history and associated globalization. It also examines the reasons for the use of outsourcing in terms of business conditions and the consequences of outsourcing and the macro perspective. At the end of the second chapter lists advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing and offshoring in terms of both the company and by the national economy. At the end of the work are shown the effects of outsourcing and offshoring on the economy USA, China, India and the EU. |
