Všechny organizace fungují na principu propojení třech základních zdrojů: materiálních, finančních a lidských. Bakalářská práce se věnuje třetímu nejdůležitějšímu a nejdrašímu statku, zaměstnancům, jelikož lidské zdroje jsou v podniku jakýmsi hnacím motorem tvořícím jádro celého podnikového řízení, které uvádí do pohybu ostatní zdroje a určuje jejich využívání. Cílem této práce je zjistit co zaměstnance motivuje a případně i vysvětlit příčinu této motivace. |

All organisations run on a principal of interconnection of three major types of resources: the material, the financial and the human resources. This bachelor work deals with the employees - the third and the most important and most expensive article; because the human resources are a core-making driving force of the whole enterprise management which actuates the rest of resources and determines their utilization. The aim of this work is to uncover the motivation of an employee and eventually locate the source of this motivation. |
