Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik území. V úvodní části jsou stručně vysvětleny základní pojmy a principy vztahující se k analýze rizik území. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku bezpečností politiky státu a na ní navazuje kapitola popisující současné bezpečnostní hrozby. Poslední kapitola teoretické části podává přehled o analytických metodách rizika území. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení a porovnání dat na území Pardubického kraje a užití těchto dat k aplikaci zvolené analytické metody na konkrétní objekt - akciovou společnost PARAMO. |

This thesis is focused on the risk analysis of a territory. In the introductory section are briefly explained basic concepts and principles relating to the risk analysis of the territory. The second part of the work describes the characteristics of security policy, and the following chapter describes the current security threats. The last chapter of theoretical part gives an overview of some analytic methods. The practical part is focused on the estimation and comparison of the dates on the territory of the Pardubice region and use these dates for the application of the selected analytic method to a concrete object - a joint-stock company PARAMO. |
