dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou postojů cizinců pracujících v ČR na Čechy. Předmětem výzkumu jsou nejen jejich postoje, ale zejména jejich názory v nich obsažené. Problematika postojů a názorů zkoumaných cizinců spočívá v otázce jejich vzniku a okolností, které je ovlivňují. Takovými okolnostmi mohou být předsudky a stereotypy, jejichž případný výskyt je též předmětem výzkumu. Práce je založena na studiu literatury a již provedených výzkumů a samozřejmě vlastního provedeného kvalitativního výzkumu. Hlavním zjištěním bylo, že mezi respondenty se vyskytují vlastnosti, které přisuzují české národní povaze.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with themes of attitudes of foreigners working in Czech Republic to Czechs. The subject of research are not only their opinions but in views contained therein. The issue of attitudes and views of scrutinised foreigners is in terms of their origin and circumstances affecting them. Such circumstances may be prejudices and stereotypes which any occurence is also the subject of research. The thesis is based on the study of literature and research already carried out and of course made their own qualitative research. A key finding was that among respondents there are characteristic (qualities) that attach to the Czech national character.	eng
