Tématem bakalářské práce je výběr vhodných praktikantů pro zahraniční stáž v organizaci AIESEC. Cílem této práce je analyzovat proces výběru vhodného praktikanta a na základě této analýzy provést doporučení, která povedou ke zkvalitnění stávajícího procesu výběru a jeho zefektivnění. V první kapitole je teoreticky vysvětleno získávání pracovníků a metody výběru. Ve druhé a třetí kapitole je přiblížena organizace AIESEC a je zde popsán způsob získávání a výběr kandidátů po zahraniční stáž. Čtvrtá kapitola je výsledkem bakalářské práce a obsahuje doporučení k zefektivnění procesu výběru vhodných praktikantů pro zahraniční stáž. |

The subject of this bachelor work is selection of the best candidates for foreign interships with AIESEC. The object of this work is to analyse the process of selection of the best candidates and on the basis of this analysis implement recommendation. This suggestion helps to improve this current process of selection and efficiency amendment. The first chapter theoretically explains getting and selecting employees. In the second chapter the organization AIESEC is to be presented. The third chapter describes the way of getting and selecting candidates for foreign interships. The fourth chapter is the result of this bachelor work including the recommendation for efficiency amendment of the selection process of the best candidates for foreign interships. |
