Práce se zaměřuje na definování dopravní nehody a provedení analýzy dopravní nehodovosti v okrese Pardubice za období od 1. 1. 2005 do 31. 12. 2008 z hlediska jejich příčin, zavinění a četnosti. Na základě přehledu o nehodových úsecích byly vybrány nehodové úseky, ve kterých byly navrženy změny místní úpravy. Tyto změny by měly vést ke snížení dopravní nehodovosti na těchto úsecích. |

This diploma thesis is focused on the matter of a road casualty and it analysis the rate of road casualties within the former district of Pardubice City in the period of January 1st, 2005 to December 31st, 2008. The author is taking into account the cause of the road casualties, the infliction and the rate of the road casualties themselves. There are mapped the most critical laps of journey putting the emphasis on the proper placing of traffic signs and other means leading to the decrease of the matter of a road casualty in the mapped areas. |
