dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma Optimalizace zásob a distribuce náhradních dílů divize CNC v TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. je zaměřena na analýzu firemních zásobovacích, balících a distribučních procesů. Pozornost je věnována zásobám vyráběných náhradních dílů, dále balení a distribuci těchto dílů zahraničním zákazníkům divize CNC. Cílem práce je analyzovat současnou situaci v podniku, odhalit případné funkční nebo ekonomické nedostatky a navrhnout zlepšení vedoucí k odstranění těchto nedostatků.	cze
