Práce vymezuje problémy týkající se vysokých intenzit dopravních proudů v centrech velkých metropolí. Zabývá se technologickými možnostmi řešení omezující tyto intenzity a analyzuje jejich konkrétní využití na fungujících mýtných systémech. Podrobně je analyzován systém mýtného fungující v Londýně a ve Stockholmu. Zjištěné závěry jsou pak aplikovány na podmínky v České republice. |

The thesis defines problems related to the high intensity of traffic flows in centres of large cities. It deals with the technological ways of reducing these traffic flows and it is analyzing specific usage and functions of congestion charging systems. The already used systems in London and in Stockholm are analyzed to the detail. The results are then applied to the specific conditions of the Czech Republic. |
