Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je rozbor řízení lidských zdrojů v konkrétní organizaci. Ústřední organizací, která byla zvolena pro uskutečnění analýzy personálních činností, je akciová společnost Olšanské papírny. Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze čtyř částí a postupně čtenáře seznámí se základními pojmy managementu, s teorií řízení lidí v organizaci, s charakteristikou vybrané organizace, s analýzou personálních činností v organizaci a s následným zhodnocení celkové úrovně řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci. |

A join stock company Olšanské papírny has been chosen as the central organization for the personnel activity analysis. This bachelor's work consists of four chapters and means to make the readers familiar with the basic terminology of management, with the human resources management's theory, with the characteristics of the chosen organization, with the actual analysis of the personnel agenda in this organization and with the subsequent evaluation of overall human resources management's level in the organization. |
