Tato teoreticko-výzkumná práce si klade za cíl obeznámit čtenáře s problematikou multikulturní ošetřovatelské péče u klientů se specifickou náboženskou příslušností. Zaměřila jsem se na islámskou kulturu. Teoretická část poukazuje na specifika při ošetřování muslimských pacientů. Odlišnosti jsou členěny dle modelu Funkčních vzorců zdraví Marjory Gordonové. Podává také informace o modelu Kulturně shodné péče Madeleine Leiningerové. Výzkumná část se zabývá kvalitou a množstvím informací, které zdravotní sestry a studenti bakalářského studia programu Ošetřovatelství mají, nebo získávají v průběhu studia, či při účasti na konferencích. Informace jsou získávány formou dotazníkového šetření od zdravotních sester a studentů bakalářského studia programu Ošetřovatelství. |

This theoretic-research thesis aim is to give information about the problem of the multicultural nursing care of clients with specific churchmanship. I concentrated on the Islamic culture. The theoretic part focuses in the specific features of the treatment of the Muslim patients. Differents are divided according to the Functional health theorem model by Marjory Gordon. It also gives information about the Cultural congruous treatment model by Madeleine Leininger. The research part is concerned with the quality and the quantity of the information provided to the students of the bachelor´s degree of the Nursing care programme during their studies and thanks to the taking part in the conferences. Informations are brought out from the interrogatory given to the students of the bachelor´s degree of the Nursing care programme. |
