dc.description.abstract	Úkolem bakalářské práce je zabývat se otázkou adaptace Latinoameričanů v evropském, popřípadě českém prostředí, ať už z pohledu jejich trvalého či pouze přechodného setrvání. V posledních dvou desítkách let po pádu předešlého režimu a uvolnění podnikání se český trh s velkou rychlostí nabídl hudebníkům a umělcům ze zámořské oblasti a snahou je zachytit stav imigrantské identity v cizím (českém) prostředí, jejich ekonomickou životaschopnost a případné podměty, které vedou nově příchozí opustit Českou republiku. Hlavním bodem je terénní výzkum, na kterém je práce částečně postavena. V úvodní kapitole rozebereme latinoamericko-španělsko-české vztahy od raných počátků až do současných významných politických problémů. Na dalších stranách rozvedeme akulturační problémy, "kulturní šok" a adaptaci "hispánské" kultury na českou, či české kultury na "hispánskou", zmíníme působení kubánských pracujících (v 80. letech 20. století), osud andských hudebníků, kteří k nám přicházejí za živobytím, a v neposlední řadě vymezení vlastní identity.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The task of the bachelor´s thesis is to deal with a matter of adaptation of Latinos on European, potentially Czech territory from a view of their temporal or their permament stay. In the two last decades after the fall of the previous regime and the release of business the Czech market has opened rapidly to musicians and artists from the oversea and there is an attempt to show a situation of immigrational identity on foreign ( Czech) territory. Apart from that, there is also an attempt to show the economic viability of the immigrational identity and its possible reasons that lead newcomers to leave the Czech Republic. The stress it put on the terrain research which the thesis is based on. In the first chapter we are going to focus on Latin American vs. Czech relations from the early beginnings till present significant political issues. On the next pages we are going to deal with acculturation issues, "culture shock " and with adaption of Hispanic culture on Czech or the adaptation of the Czech culture on the Hispanic one. Further, we are going to deal with Cuban workers (the 80´s of the 20th century), a fate of Andean musicians who come to our country to make a living and with delimitation of personal identity.	eng
