dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem české společnosti na problematiku vivisekce. Teoretická část kromě obecné charakteristiky problému pojednává o historickém vývoji vivisekce, kde se soustřeďuje na první záznamy o pokusech na zvířatech a na první "vivisektory". Dále uvádí některé z příkladů vivisekce, kde v opozici předkládá příklady jejího selhání. Uvádí významné organizace zabývajícími se otázkami vivisekce, tedy organizace na ochranu zvířat, které se vyskytují na území ČR. Praktická část popisuje výzkumný projekt, jeho cíle, stanovené hypotézy a shrnuje veškeré výsledky výzkumu.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis entitled "Social evaluation of vivisection" deals with the Czech society's attitude towards vivisection. The theoretical section comments on a general characterisation of the issue and terms connected with it. It explains the historical evolution of vivisection and concentrates on the first recorded experiments on animals and the first "vivisectors". Further, it describes a number of examples of vivisection and, as an opposition to vivisection, introduces cases where it failed. It suggests alternatives, which can achieve higher efficiency during experiments as a possible way out of vivisection. The thesis mentions important institutions dealing with the issue of vivisection, i.e. animal protection organisations, in the Czech Republic. The practical section describes the research project, its aims, pre-specified hypotheses and sums up all the outcomes of the research.	eng
