Bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem neurotoxického účinku methylrtuti. V práci jsou shrnuty základní údaje o vlastnostech, pohybu v životním prostředí , zdrojích a účincích methylrtuti na lidský organismus. Dále je hodnocena možná role thimerosalu a potravy z ryb a dalších mořských živočichů, jako zdroje methylrtuti a následných neurologických poruch, se zaměřením na autismus. Hodnocena je také expozice populace ČR skrze hlavní dietární příjem methylrtuti, který představuje konzumace ryb. |

This bachelor work is focused on studying the neurotoxic effect of methylmercury. The work is summarized the basic data on the properties, the environmental movement in the environment, resources and the effects of methylmercury in the human body. It is also evaluated possible role of thimerosal and diet of fish and other marine organisms as a source of methylmercury and subsequent neurological disorders, with a focus on autism. An assessment is also exposure to the stock of the Czech Republic trought the main dietary intaken of methylmercury, which represents the consumption of fish. |
