Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice založení restauračního zařízení na palubě plavidla. Na základě předpokladů a smyšlených údajů popisuje založení restaurace na palubě výletní lodi a kroky, nutné k zabezpečení jejího provozu a prosperity. Obsahuje obecné informace týkající se podnikání podle živnostenského zákona, přesné vymezení pojmu hostinská činnost a dále vlastní podnikatelský záměr včetně plánů obchodního, marketingového a finančního. |
