Bakalářská práce zpracovává problematiku mobilní komunikace samosprávy měst a občanů. V první části práce jsou uvedeny možnosti komunikace měst s občany. Druhá část práce blíže popisuje mobilní komunikační kanál. V třetí části práce jsou zmíněny služby, které nabízí trh. Poslední část bakalářské práce se zabývá testováním těchto služeb a vyhodnocením dosažených výsledků testování. |
