dc.description.abstract	Téma mé závěrečné práce zní Vliv prostředí čekárny na psychický stav nemocného. Jedná se o teoreticko – výzkumnou práci. V teoretické části se zmiňuji o zdraví, nemoci, nemocném člověku a vnímání jeho zdravotního stavu, jeho pohled na nemoc, rozhodnutí k návštěvě lékaře a popisuji model zvládání nemoci a druhy obranných mechanismů a neadaptivního chování. V této části dále popisuji psychologii čekárny a nemocnice a porovnání psychického stavu pacienta v nemocnici a v ambulanci. Ve výzkumné časti se zabývám prostředím čekárny, do které se člověk v průběhu své nemoci dostává ve většině případu dříve než do kontaktu se zdravotníkem. Pomocí dotazníkové metody zjišťují spokojenost a nespokojenost klientů se svou čekárnou, s přístupem zdravotníků k pacientovi a možné návrhy na změnu v čekárně.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of my final work is named ˛The waiting room´s influence on the mental condition of patient‘‘. It is the theoretical – experimental work. In my theoretical part I talk about the health, the disease and the patient and his perception of his health condition, his view at disease, his decision to visit a doctor and I describe a model for manage disease and kinds of defensive mechanisms and non adaptive behaviour. In this part I also describe a psychology of waiting room and hospital and I compare the mental condition of the patient in the hospital and in the ambulance. In my experimental part I am concerned with the ambient of the waiting room, because in the majority of cases patients go to the waiting room during their illnesses sooner then to the contact with the health workers. With the aid of the questionnaire method I try to find the satisfaction and dissatisfaction clients with their waiting room, the acces of health workers to patient and the proposals for the changes in the waiting room.	eng
