dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bibliografické citace, citační ohlasy a na tvorbu systému, který by umožnil vytvořit databázi těchto citačních ohlasů. V první části jsou vysvětleny parametry bibliografických citací, jaké pro ně platí zásady a jaké základní normy upravují jejich použití. Dále je zde popsáno hodnocení vědeckých prací, a to pomocí citačního indexu, impakt faktoru a dalších měřítek hodnocení. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá tvorbou informačního systému s názvem Systém pro evidenci citací. Základní činnosti u tohoto systému jsou přidávání a vyhledávání citací z databáze citací. Je zde uveden postup jeho tvorby, stanovení parametrů, návrh a implementace tohoto systému.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work is oriented on the bibliographic citations, citation resounds and on system creation, which would provide to create database of this citation resounds. In the first part are explaining parameters of the bibliographic citations, what fundamentals are true of them and what basic norms regulate their application. Next is there describe to scientific work evaluation, and that through the use of citation index, impact factor and the other standards of value. Second part of the bachelor work put mind to creation of the informative system with the name Citation evidence system. Basic operations in this system are addition and searching for the citations from the citation database. There is introduced process of the system creation, characteristics assessment, project and system implementation.	eng
