Cílem mé práce je nastínění problematiky financování dálnice D3 a financování dopravní infrastruktury všeobecně v závislosti na zdrojích a možnostech získávání prostředků. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. Smyslem prvních dvou teoretických částí je charakterizovat dálnici D3 s jejími úseky a definovat možné dopady stavby na vnější okolí. Třetí část je zaměřena na samotné možnosti získávání financí, jakými prostředky a o od koho. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na reálné možnosti financování již konkrétní dálnice D3. Cílem poslední části je výběr nejoptimálnější varianty financování nebo její kombinace. |

The aim of my work is to adumbrate the problem of financing the motorway D3 and transport infrastructure in general in dependence on the sources and possibilities of acquiring resources. The work is devided into four parts. The purpose of the first two theoretic parts is to describe the motorway D3 and all its stretches and also define the possible impacts on the environment. The third part is focused on finance acquisition, the means and sources of finance acquisition. The fourth part specifies the realistic possibilities of financing the already existing motorway D3. The aim of the last part is a choice of the most optimum variant of financing or its combination. |
