Práce řeší problematiku stavu dopravní infrastruktury ČR, se zaměřením na silniční a železniční dopravu. Sleduje výši finančních prostředků, kterou by bylo potřeba vložit do dopravní infrastruktury, včetně rozboru. Zabývá se též možnostmi financování dopravní infrastruktury, zpoplatněním uživatelů dopravy a dopadům na veřejné finance. |
