Tato diplomová práce je věnována problematice státních zásahů do ekonomiky a je strukturována do pěti částí, a to pohled na veřejný sektor ve smíšené ekonomice, úloha státu v chronologickém kontextu, stát a jeho vazby na ekonomiku, úloha státu v historii České republiky a úvahy o (ne)prospěšnosti státních zásahů. V první části je vysvětlen pojem veřejný sektor, neboť toto sousloví plně souvisí se státem, ve druhé části práce je uveden historický vývoj názorů na roli státu v ekonomice. Ve třetí části jsou konkretizovány nástroje, jimiž stát může zasahovat do ekonomiky a čtvrtá část se zabývá významem státu v historii České republiky. Pátá část je zaměřena na příklady (ne)úspěšného státního zasahování. |

This thesis is focused on problematics of the state intervention into the economy and is structured in five chapters. These are view of the public sector in mixed economy, the role of the state in a chronological context, the state and its ties to economy, the importance of the state in the history of Czech Republic and the evaluation of the pros and cons of the state intervention. The phrase public sector is explained in the first part, because this term is fully related to the state, the second part lists the historical evolution of opinions on the role of the state in economics. The third part offers tools which can be used by the state to intervene into the economy and the fourth chapter talks about the importance of the state in the history of the Czech Republic. The fifth chapter is focused on the examples of successful and unsuccessful intervention of the state. |
