Reakcí substituovaných N-arylthiomočovin s 2-brombutyrolaktonem byly připraveny 5-2-hydroxyethyl)-2-fenylamino-1,3-thiazol-4(5H)-ony. Reakční mechanismus byl studován spektrofotometricky v roztocích pufrů o pH 2 - 9 za podmínek pseudoprvního řádu. |

Substituted 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-(phenylamino)-1,3-thiazol-4H-ones were prepared by the reaction of the substituted N-arylthioureas with 2-bromobutyrolactone. Reaction mechanism was studied spectrofotometrically in the aqueous buffer solutions in pH range 2 - 9 under pseudo-first order conditions. |
