Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozhodovací činností v oblasti majetkové na kraji Vysočina. Cílem této práce je studie rozhodovacího problému, která se týká majetkového vyrovnání, na základě využití různých metod rozhodování. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první části je uveden názor na politický a hospodářský vliv krajiny a jejich obyvatel na rozhodovací činnost úředníků, odborů, rady a zastupitelů kraje Vysočina. Dále je zde věnována pozornost odborné problematice rozhodovacích procesů vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Druhá část pojednává o řešení konkrétního rozhodovacího problému a následném vyhodnocení výsledku za využití vícekriteriálního rozhodování. |

The bachelor work deals with the decision activity in a property possession realm in the region Vysočina. The aim of this work is the composition of the decision problem which is concerned with the realm settlement based on the using various methods of the decision. The bachelor work contains of two parts. There is the public opinion of the political and the economical influence of the region and its inhabitants on the decision activity of the clerks, the labor unions, the councillors and Vysočina officials in the first part. Then there is also dedicated the attention to the professional problems of the decision processes of the multicriterional decision. The second part discusses about the solution of the concrete decision problem and follows with the evaluation of the results by the using of the multicriterional decision. |
