dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany lidského zdraví a životního prostředí pomocí programu Product stewardship a nové chemické legislativy REACH. V teoretické části byly definovány a vymezeny důležité pojmy související s touto problematikou. V praktické části byl proveden primární výzkum v podniku Hexion Specialty Chemicals, a.s. s cílem zjistit plnění principů programu Product stewardship a dále připravenost a průběh implementace chemické legislativy REACH. V závěru bylo provedeno porovnání zjištěných informací v podniku s teoretickými poznatky.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the topic of protecting human health and environment using the Product Stewardship program and a new chemical legislation called REACH. In the theoretical part was defined the main terms. In the practical part was conducted primary research in the company Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. to explore their fulfillment of the main principles of Product Stewardship program and their readiness for the REACH legislation. At the end was compared practical findings with the theoretical basis.	eng
