Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů ve firmě Automotive Lighting s.r.o. Zabývá se analýzou firmy z pohledu personální problematiky. Je zaměřena na personální činnost od oznámení volných pracovních pozic, přes přijímací pohovor, mzdový systém, školení až k ukončení pracovního poměru ve firmě ALCZ. Práce se také zabývá možnými návrhy na zlepšení v těchto činnostech. |
