dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou melanomu kůže. V teoretická části jsou základní údaje o anatomii a funkci kůže, o slunečním záření, jeho složkách a faktorech a fototypech lidské kůže. Navazuje část zabývající se samotným melanomem, kde naleznete základní informace i zajímavosti o tomto onemocnění, jeho diagnostice a léčbě. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje prevenci. Zaměřuje se na důležitost samovyšetření pokožky, na ochranu před UV zářením a na preventivní programy. Praktická část se skládá z výzkumu a jeho následného vyhodnocení. Cílem mé práce je zjistit informovanost veřejnosti o tomto onemocnění a o jeho prevenci. Na závěr je shrnutí této problematiky.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor´ s thesis deals with problems of melanoma. A theoretical part consists of basic data about anatomy and functions; further it contains data about the sun radiation, its components and factors affecting it, and about human skin photo types. A part dealing with melanoma follows, where basic information as well as interesting facts about this disease and its treatment can be found. The final part of the theoretical section deals with prevention. It focuses on the importance of self-examination of the complexion, protection against UV radiation, and preventive programs. A practical part consists in the research and its follow-up evaluation. The objective of my work is to find out the public awareness of this disease and of its prevention. The end of the thesis contains a summary of this problem.	eng
