Předmětem diplomové práce je rozbor příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu kraje Vysočina a Jihomoravského kraje. První část charakterizuje vznik, postavení a strukturu kraje v rámci veřejných rozpočtů. Druhá část se zabývá ekonomickým postavením krajů, velikosti příjmů, výdajů a zadlužení jednotlivých krajů. Třetí část je zaměřena na analýzu a komparaci příjmů, výdajů kraje Vysočina a Jihomoravského kraje a střednědobý rozpočtový výhled obou krajů. |

The subject of the thesis is analysis of incomes and expenses of the budget of Vysočina and South-Moravia regions. The first part describes emergence, demarcation and structure of the region in terms of public budgets. Second part deals with economic position of the regions, the size of incomes, expenses and with the debt of particuler regions. Third part focuses on analysis and comparison of incomes and expenses of the Vysočina and South-Moravia regions and on medium-term budget prospect of both regions. |
