dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá pojištěním insolvence od historického vývoje, druhů pojištění insolvence, zákonem upravujícím insolvenci až po pojistný trh v oblasti pojištění cestovních kanceláří a vznik cestovního pojištění. Jsou zde podrobně zpracovány kritéria a ukazatele bonity cestovních kanceláří s ohledem na pojištění rizika. V jedné z kapitol jsou zpracovány modely ochrany zákazníků v Německu, Rakousku a ostatních zemích EU. Závěr práce je věnován zajištění pojišťoven, oblasti pojištění cestovních kanceláří a vzniku, historii, fungování a rozpadu Poolu pro pojištění záruky pro případ úpadku cestovní kanceláře.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is dealing the issue of insolvency insurance going through the historical development, families of insolvency insurance, insolvency treating code up to the insurance specific area of travel agencies and birth of travel insurance company. One of the chapters contains models of travel agencies‘ clients protection in Germany, Austria and other EU countries.
