Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma strategické řízení podniku. Obecná část práce je zaměřena na shrnutí teoretických poznatků z oblastí strategického řízení, které jsou využity v praktické části. Druhá část práce obsahuje analýzu dosavadní strategie, identifikuje současný stav firmy a předpovídá vývoj okolí. Závěrečná část práce shrnuje a hodnotí údaje získané analýzou. Práci uzavírají návrhy a doporučení. |
