Zaměřuje se na hodnocení a testování nástrojů komunikačního mixu, na problémy, které při komunikaci se zákazníky mohou vzniknout. |

This bachelor work treats of the mutual relationship between customers and a service middleman - an authorized dealer of the company Eurotel Ltd. The project deals with the analysis of separate tools of communication mix, its features and targets. It aims at the evaluation and testing the tools of communication mix, and at the problems that may arise in the communication with customers. |
