The aim of this bachelor work is to present basic types of organizational structures in its teoretic part and to show their advantages and disadvantages. The main contents of a practical part is to analyse contemporary and last organizational structure of production company Medin, a.s. and to find out, whether the change had any contribution for the company and which one. In case of finding certain imperfections to suggest a resolution, which could improve the company functioning. |
