Práce se zabývá probíhající reformou veřejných financí v České republice. V úvodu jsou stručně vymezeny některé základní pojmy z teorie veřejných financí. Další části pojednávají o dosavadním vývoji a stavu veřejných financí v ČR a snaží se postihnout důvody pro reformu. Dále jsou představeny hlavní rysy reformy koncipované sociálně-demokratickou vládou, včetně její alternativy. Hlavním cílem práce je pokusit se zhodnotit to, zda se přijatými opatřeními podařilo zvrátit trend rostoucího zadlužování, a zda je tento trend dlouhodobě udržitelný i do budoucna. |

Thesis deals with actual public finance reform in the Czech Republic. In the beginning there are briefly defined some fundamental terms from public finance theory. Next part deals with present trend and situation of the public finances in the CZ and tries to determine reasons for the reform. Then there are shown some main features of the reform conceived by Social Democratic Party and also some of its alternatives. Main object of this thesis is to evaluate if the implementation of the reform could turn actual unfavourable trend of growing indebting, and if this trend is sustainable also in the future. |
