Práce je věnována studiu přípravy a fyzikálně-chemických vlastností amorfních filmů chalkogenidů systému Ge-Bi-S, vybraných amorfních filmů Ge-S a amofních filmů As2S3. Akcent byl kladen na studium optických vlastností připravených filmů a zvláště na studium procesu reverzibilních fotoindukovaných změn optických vlastností v případě amorfního filmu As2S3. |
