dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyšetření chuti u pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus. Cílem předkládané práce bylo zjistit do jaké míry je ovlivněna identifikace chuti (slané, sladké, hořké, kyselé) u pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus a následně výsledky porovnat s kontrolní skupinou zdravých osob. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo pomocí nové metody vyšetření chuti testovacími foliemi u pacientů, kteří mají diagnostikováno onemocnění diabetes mellitus. V celém testování byl zjištěn menší bodový zisk u pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus oproti zdravým respondentům. Výsledkem této diplomové práce bylo zjištění ovlivnění sladké a hořké chuti u pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus oproti kontrolní skupině zdravých respondentů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The master´s thesis focuses on a taste test of patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus disease. The aim of the work is to determine to what extent the identification of taste (salty, sweet, bitter, sour) is affected in diabetes mellitus patients and, consequently, comparison to a control group of healthy people is provided. A new taste test method consisting of test foils was used in the research investigation dealing with diabetes mellitus patients. The results display a less points gain in diabetes mellitus patients compared to the healthy respondents. The outcome of the thesis proves that there exists an influence of sweet and bitter taste in diabetes mellitus patients in contrast to the control group of healthy respondents.	eng
