dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce bylo prohloubit porozumění genetických mechanismů, které stojí za vznikem Lynchova syndromu, a přispět k rozvoji diagnostických přístupů. Práce zahrnuje teoretickou část, jež se zaměřuje na historický kontext, klasifikaci, klinické příznaky a etiologii tohoto syndromu. Práce obsahuje také praktickou analýzu vybraných genů asociovaných s Lynchovým syndromem, pomocí molekulárních metod NGS a MLPA. Závěrem práce je interpretace získaných germinálních variant, které mohou objasnit mechanismus vzniku onemocnění, pochopení etiopatogeneze nemoci a zároveň umožňuje lepší diagnostiku a prevenci tohoto onemocnění.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is better understanding of the genetic mechanisms of development of Lynch syndrome and to contribute to the development of diagnostic approaches. The work includes a theoretical part that focuses on the historical context, classification, clinical symptoms and etiology of this syndrome. The work also includes a practical analysis of selected genes associated with Lynch syndrome, using molecular methods NGS and MLPA. The conclusion of the work is the interpretation of the acquired germline variants, which can clarify the mechanism of the disease, understanding the etiopathogenesis of the disease and at the same time allowing for better diagnosis and prevention of this disease.	eng
