dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem ošetřovatelství v ČSR v první polovině 20. století. V úvodních kapitolách je stručně nastíněn přehled možností vzdělání a dostupného povolání žen v uvedené době. Dále práce popisuje vývoj společenského a sociálního postavení ošetřovatelského personálu, změny platových, služebních a jiných poměrů v průběhu první poloviny 20. století. Práce obsahuje retrospektivní vývoj ošetřovatelství, výčet a popis nejrozšířenějších mužských a ženských ošetřovatelských řádů v českých zemích, rozdělení a popis jednotlivých druhů ošetřovatelek, rozdíly mezi nimi jak ve vzdělání, tak po stránce jejich postavení ve společnosti. V závěru se práce zabývá spolkovou činností diplomovaných sester, zaměřuje se na jimi vydávaná periodika a na konání a výsledky ošetřovatelských sjezdů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	In this bachelor work there is an attempt to describe the development of medical treatment in ČSR during the first half of the 20th century. In the beginning chapters work shortly describes the development of possible education and accessible occupation of women in that time. There is also a description of progression in social status of nurses, the changes in wages and services. This work contains the retrospective progress in the medical treatment, enumeration of the most common medicals institutes in our country, the description and division of particular sorts of nurses, the differences between them in education as well as in their status in society. At the close, the work deals with society activity of qualified nurses, aim at issued periodicals and at hearings and results of medicals conventions.	eng
