dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem inflace a nezaměstnanosti, tedy Phillipsovou křivkou, a její aplikací na podmínky ČR v letech 1993 - 2008. V práci je teoreticky vymezena inflace a nezaměstnanost, jejich typy, důsledky, příčiny a také je zde nastíněna protiinflační politika a politika zaměstnanosti. Dále je zaměřena na názory na vztah inflace a nezaměstnanosti, tedy na původní mzdovou Phillipsovu křivku, její modifikace a na součastné přístupy k Phillipsově křivce. Popisuje vývoj míry inflace a následně míry nezaměstnanosti v ČR v letech 1993 - 2008 a na základě tohoto vývoje je provedena analýza vztahu inflace a nezaměstnanosti a zjišťováno, zda teorie Phillipsovy křivky platí v podmínkách ČR.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the relation between inflation and unemployment, i. e. the Phillip's curve and its applications to the conditions of the Czech Republic in the years 1993 - 2008. Inflation and unemployment, their types, consequences, causes, the antiinflationary policy and the labour policy are defined theoretically in the work. It is focused on the opinions of the relation of inflation and unemployment, i. e. the original wage Phillip's curve, its modifications and the current approaches to the Phillip's curve. It describes the evolution of the inflation rate and of the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic in the years 1993 - 2008 and on the basis of their evolution there is realized an analyse of the relation of inflation and unemployment and there is examined whether the theory of the Phillip's curve is valid for the conditions in the Czech Republic.	eng
