dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá využití adrenalinových autoinjektorů v rámci přednemocniční péče, s důrazem na alergické reakce a anafylaxi. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici alergie a anafylaxe, mechanismy vzniku těchto reakcí, klinické projevy a důležitost rychlého a správného zásahu. Dále se zabývá přehledem dostupných adrenalinových autoinjektorů, jejich použitím a postupy aplikace. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu znalostí záchranářů ohledně použití adrenalinových autoinjektorů a diagnostiky anafylaxe. Metoda výzkumu zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření mezi záchranáři, zaměřené na jejich povědomí o anafylaxi a postupech při aplikaci adrenalinových autoinjektorů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis examines the utilization of adrenaline auto-injectors within pre-hospital care, with a focus on allergic reactions and anaphylaxis. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on the definition of allergy and anaphylaxis, the mechanisms of these reactions, clinical manifestations, and the importance of prompt and proper intervention. Furthermore, it provides an overview of available adrenaline auto-injectors, their usage, and application procedures. The practical section focuses on the analysis of paramedics' knowledge regarding the use of adrenaline auto-injectors and the diagnosis of anaphylaxis. The research methodology includes a questionnaire survey among paramedics, aimed at assessing their awareness of anaphylaxis and the procedures for administering adrenaline auto-injectors.	eng
