dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na potřeby pacientů a specifika ošetřovatelské péče po úrazu krční a hrudní páteře. Teoretická část se věnuje úrazům páteře, jejich vzniku, diagnostice, klasifikaci, léčbě a především ošetřovatelské péči u těchto pacientů. V praktické části jsou zpracovány kazuistiky pacientů po úrazu krční a hrudní páteře, 3 z nich jsou dále rozpracovány z pohledu potřeb a ošetřovatelské péče. Na základě toho byl vypracován seznam specifických potřeb pacienta s tímto druhem úrazu. Výstupem celé práce je doporučení pro sestry ošetřující pacienty zotavující se po úrazech páteře.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on needs and the specifics of nursing care for patients after cervical and thoracic spine injury. The theoretical part is describes spinal injuries, their occurrence, diagnosis, classification, treatment and mainly nursing care for these patients. In the practical part, there are processed case studies of patients after cervical and thoracic spine injuries, 3 of them are further examined in terms of needs and nursing care. A list of specific patient needs for this type of injury was introduced. As a result, this thesis recommends a nursing treatment for patients recovering from spinal injuries.	eng
