dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifikací potřeb u pacienta s jaterní cirhózou. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií jater, charakteristikou jaterní cirhózy, jejími projevy, příčinami, komplikacemi, diagnostikou a léčbou. Popisuje potřeby pacienta s jaterní cirhózou, jejich uspokojování, a diagnostiku potřeb pacienta s jaterní cirhózou podle NANDA domén. Praktická část popisuje metodiku sběru dat od pacientů s jaterní cirhózou. Zahrnuje kazuistiky zvolených pacientů, součástí kterých je vypracovaný plán ošetřovatelské péče s určenými ošetřovatelskými diagnózami. Mapa péče pro pacienty s jaterní cirhózou je výstupem praktické části této bakalářské práce.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on specification of needs for a patient with liver cirrhosis. The theoretical part contains liver anatomy, characteristics of liver cirrhosis and its manifestations, causes of liver cirrhosis, complications associated with it, diagnosis of liver cirrhosis and treatment. There are also descripted needs of patient with liver cirrhosis, their satisfaction and the diagnosis of the needs of patient with liver cirrhosis according to NANDA domains. The practical part describes the methodology of data collection from patients with liver cirrhosis. This part consists out of case studies of selected patients, which also includes a plan of nursing care with specified nursing diagnoses for each patient. The output of this part of thesis is map of care for patients with liver cirrhosis.	eng
