dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována studiu rozpouštění krystalické látky newberyitu. V úvodní části je popsána charakteristika močových konkrementů, jejichž složkou může být zmiňovaný newberyit. V následujícím textu jsou popsány základní vlastnosti newberyitu, jeho syntéza, a hlavně metody charakterizace tohoto konkrementu. Experimentální část je zaměřena na přípravu a charakterizaci newberyitu různými metodami. Hlavní pozornost byla zaměřena na rozpouštění newberyitu sledované pomocí kalorimetrie. V závěru diplomové práce jsou uvedeny výsledky včetně jejich diskuse.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis id devoted to the study of crystalline substance newberyite dissolution. The first part describes the characteristics of urinary stones, a component of which may be the mentioned newberyite. The following text describes basic properties of newberyite, synthesis and especially methods of characterization of this stone. The experimental part is focused on the synthesis and characterization of newberyite by various methods. The main attention is paid to the newberyite dissolution study by using calorimetry. In the final part of diploma thesis there are the results, including their discussion.	eng
