dc.description.abstract	Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit Grundbegriffen der Motivation. Es werden die Motivationstechniken der Arbeitgeber und Motivationsfaktoren der Arbeitnehmer umfasst. Im nächsten Teil sind die ausgewählten gastronomischen Betriebe vorgestellt, in denen die Motivation der Arbeitnehmer und die Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie auf den Lauf des gesamten Unternehmens untersucht sind. Abschließend wird der Fragebogen ausgewertet, der an die Beschäftigten der einzelnen Unternehmen verteilt wurde.	de

The next section presents selected gastronomic companies, which examines the motivation of employees to work and the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the operation of the entire company.
