dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním způsobů zpoplatnění železniční dopravní cesty ve vybraných evropských zemích a na základě zjištěných poznatků následným návrhem vlastního způsobu zpoplatnění. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje popis jednotlivých způsobů zpoplatnění a jejich celkové zhodnocení. Praktická část dále obsahuje výpočty konkrétních cen za zpoplatnění železniční dopravní cesty a porovnání výše těchto cen. Závěrem diplomové práce je porovnání parametrů, vhodných pro použití ve vzorci pro výpočet ceny za zpoplatnění a následně návrh šesti variant tohoto vzorce. Na základě porovnání navržených variant byly vybrány nejvíce vhodné varianty, které byly porovnány se vzorcem pro výpočet ceny za zpoplatnění, jaký v současné době stanovuje Český správce železniční infrastruktury, Správa železnic.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the methods of charging for railway transport in selected European countries and on the basis of the findings the subsequent proposal of its own method of charging. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of individual charging methods and their overall evaluation. The practical part also contains calculations of specific prices for rail transport charging and a comparison of these prices. The thesis concludes with a comparison of parameters suitable for use in the formula for calculating the price for charging and then a proposal of six variants of this formula. On the basis of the comparison of the proposed variants, the most suitable variants were selected and compared with the formula for calculating the charging price currently set by the Czech Railway Infrastructure Administration Správa železnic.	eng
