dc.description.abstract	Disertační práce se zabývá vztahem mezi managementem organizace a bezpečností území. Shrnuje hlavní dosavadní teoretické poznatky o řízení rozvoje organizace (typu podnik). Tato problematika je v současnosti sledována z mnoha hledisek. Provedený literární výzkum i expertní šetření však ukázaly, že hledisko rizik území mezi nimi chybí, ačkoli neustále narůstá jeho význam při rozhodování před založením organizace i v průběhu její existence. Pozornost je proto věnována zejména možnostem zjištění informací o bezpečnosti území a hodnocení metod zjištění bezpečnosti. Jednotlivé metody jsou využity při analýze bezpečnosti vybraných regionů. Analýza poskytuje věcné i metodické závěry, které umožňují provedení komparace metod z hlediska jejich využitelnosti organizacemi. Z komparace vychází hlavní cíl disertační práce, kterým je zpracování návrhu metody hodnocení rizik území pro organizace.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the relationship between management of organizations and territorial safety. It summarizes the main existing theoretical knowledge about management and development of organizations (focusing on enterprises). This issue is currently being studied from many perspectives. However, an executed literature research and expert survey showed, the issue of risks in the territory is missing among these perspectives, although its importance in deciding before founding the organizations and during their existence is steadily increasing. Therefore the attention is paid to the possibilities how to obtain information about the safety in the territory and to possible methods for evaluating the safety. The various methods are used to analyse the safety in the selected regions. The analysis provides factual and methodological conclusions that allow the comparison of all methods in terms of their applicability by organizations. Based on the comparison, the risk assessment method for organizations as the main aim of the thesis is suggested.	eng
