dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění stavu opotřebení strojních součástí pomocí instrumentálních metod: infračervené spektrometrie s Fourierovou transformací (FT-IR), atomové emisní spektrometrie s rotační diskovou elektrodou (AES-RDE), ferrografie a na zjištění celkového obsahu nečistot. V teoretické části práce byla popsána charakterizace funkcí a vlastností motorového oleje, dále byly popsány druhy a produkty opotřebení, jejich rozdělení a popis vzniku. V této části jsou rovněž uvedeny principy jednotlivých experimentálních metod. V experimentální části práce je provedeno vyhodnocení laboratorních zkoušek vzorků motorových a převodových olejů, na jehož základě bylo stanoveno opotřebení daných součástí.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on the status of wear of machine components using instrumental methods: fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), atomic emission spectrometry with a rotating disc electrode (AES-RDE), ferrography and to determine the total content of impurities. In the theoretical part of the thesis the characteritics of functions and properties of motor oil were described, then there were described kinds and products of wear, their division and description of their formation. In this part there are also stated principles of particular experimental methods. In experimental part is realized evaluation of laboratory tests of motor and gearbox oil's samples, whereupon there was wear of given components set.eng
