dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá reemigrací a integrací českých krajanů z rumunského Banátu po roce 1989. Pozornost je věnována příčinám, které k reemigraci vedou. Cílem je rovněž zjistit míru a způsob adaptace reemigrantů na nové životní prostředí. Snahou je tedy určit faktory, které vedou k ne/úspěšnému začlenění do majoritní společnosti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma work deals with the re-emigration and integration of the Czech countrymen from Romanian Banat after the 1989. The attention is paid to the reasons, which lead to re-emigration. The aim of these thesis is to find out the rate and way of the adaptation of re-emigrants on the new surroundings. Thus, I try to establish the factors, which lead to the un/successful integration to the major society.	eng
