dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována extrakci a identifikaci těkavých látek, zejména terpenoidů, z bylin. Zabývá se hydrodestilací v klasickém uspořádání, hydrodestilací s mikrovlnným ohřevem a metodami využívajícími techniku mikroextrakce tuhou fází. Zvláště se věnuje vzájemnému srovnání účinnosti a použitelnosti těchto metod. V rámci práce byly poprvé identifikovány těkavé látky extrahovatelné hydrodestilací z jitrocele kopinatého a vrbovky malokvěté.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis addresses the extraction and identification of volatile substances, mainly terpenoids, from herbs. Hydrodistillation in a classical setup, microwave-assisted hydrodistillation and solid-phase microextraction methods are discussed. The thesis deals especially with the comparison of effectivity and usability of these methods. Within the scope of this thesis the volatile components extractable by hydrodistillation from ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata) and smallflower hairy willowherb (Epilobium parviflorum) were identified for the first time.	eng
