dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou a charakterizací chalkogenidových skel o sloţení GeSe3, (GeSe3)95Ag5 a (GeSe3)95Cu5. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem skel, chalkogenidových skel, studovaných systémů a většiny metod pouţitých k charakterizaci připravených vzorků. Práce se dále zaměřuje na vlastní syntézu chalkogenidových skel a jejich následnou charakterizaci. Jsou popsány změřené strukturní, termodynamické, elektrické, optické a mechanické vlastnosti, s přihlédnutím k moţným aplikacímcze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis and characterization of chalcogenide glasses of composition GeSe3, (GeSe3)95Ag5 and (GeSe3)95Cu5. The theoretical section deals with description of glasses, chalcogenide glasses, studied systems and most of the methods used for the characterization of the prepared samples. The thesis are focused on the own synthesis of the chalcogenide glasses and on their characterization. Structural, thermodynamic, electrical, optical and mechanical properties are measured and described, with consideration to potencial applications.eng
