| dc.description.abstract | V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou hodnocení informačních systémů veřejné správy. Informační systémy ve veřejné správě se začaly rozvíjet pomalu a nejistě. O něco lepší se jeví situace v samosprávných celcích. Místní zastupitelé začali vidět informovanost občanů jako jeden z prvořadých problémů. Jedním z důvodů proč jsou informační systémy v rámci měst tak důležité, je snaha nalákat do oblasti investory a podnikatele. Tato práce se ve své první části snaží zmapovat současný stav informačních systémů veřejné správy. Dále se v ní můžeme stručně seznámit se základními pojmy, které se bezprostředně týkají informačních systémů. Druhá část se skládá ze dvou oddílů. V prvním jsem se pokusil zhodnotit IS města Velké Meziříčí a to zejména po stránce obsahové a strukturální. V druhém oddíle jsem vyhodnotil dotazník, který jsem vytvořil a poskytl k vyplnění uživatelům tohoto IS a porovnal s mým názorem na tento IS. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor work deals with problems of information system appraisal of public administration. Information systems are growing very slowly but certainly in the state welfare. Situation is better in self-government subjects. Country representatives begin to understand, that informed habitants are one of the most importent problem. One of the reason, why are the information systems are importent, is the endeavor to the the attractive for foreign investors and enterprise. This bachelor work deals in first part actual position of information system appraisal of public administration. In the first part I try to analyze rising of the country microregions with the direction to information system. The second part has two section. In the first part I try to anylyze information system of town Velké Meziříčí (countents and structural). In the second part I evaluated questionnaire, which I createted and gave to fulfilment for users IS of town Velké Meziříčí. | eng |
