| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat zadlužení obcí v České republice a její regulace. První kapitola je věnována municipalitě, municipální ekonomice a jejímu hospodaření. Další dvě kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na majetek municipality a na její orgány. Dále pokračují kapitoly s názvy územní rozpočet a finanční závazky obcí. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na zadluženost obcí v České republice, na ukazatele zadluženosti. V posledních dvou kapitolách je analyzována zadluženost vybraných měst a je provedeno jejích srovnání. | cze |

The first chapter is devoted municipality, municipal economy and its management. The next two chapters focus on property municipality and its institutions.
